MFG
Owner/Executive Panel Roles
The executive panel is in charge of running the giveaway (alongside the owner). Discussion topics, including, but not limited to, concerns regarding specific employees, department changes/additions, and staffing, will be discussed via the panel. The panel has an odd number of members, so decisions can be decided by the majority.

Maintain the staff roster

Maintain the sign-in/out list

Monitor giveaway performance

Monitor departments/ open & close positions when necessary

Ensure directors are properly managing their responsibilities.

Partake in departments and assist with daily needs

Monitor and track strikes

Plan and run MFG events (Customer & Employee)

Design monthly catalog and T.O.P posts.

Handle all customer complaints.

Run the Employee of the Month Ceremony.

Post constant employee encouragement

Partake in the chat thread, discord, and in MFG games.

Act as Director in the event of sign-out/no current director.

WiFi Team Member
The WiFi team includes
- New Horizons Deliverers and Suppliers
- New Leaf Deliverers and Suppliers.
- New Leaf Playground Hosts
You can partake in any of the positions as part of the team. (If you can only do one or some, that is perfectly okay). ​

Responsibilities Include:

Claiming at least 5 deliveries a week / Supplying at least 5 orders a week / Operating 1 Playgrounds a week. (You only need to meet one of these quota options).

Using all appropriate templates and using them efficiently.

Representing MFG professionally through pts with customers
-
Supplying yourself and/or other MFG deliverers.

The Creative team includes
- Promo Designers
- Interior Designers
- Fashion Designers

Creating at least 2 designs a week (can be a mix).

Following all design guidelines.

Ideally would love designers to take photos of their work (ID and Fashion only).

Sending at least 10 greets/recruits a week (can be a mix).

Using all appropriate templates and using them efficiently.
